“I had been looking all morning for a MicroSwitch for a Panasonic Microwave grainger said they could order one but my Microwave was in pieces on my kitchen table wanted to get the job done right away. Broke down and looked at the ancient Golden pages under my counter and first found Bettar. Close to me so I gave em a call. The nice woman behind the phone said to bring the part in and their parts man would try to find a generic switch that would work. Came in they found the part the guy told me a little instruction to go with it (he went out of his way to help); took it home plugged it in screwed everything down and it worked good as new. Saved big bucks for a new Microwave a $10 part, fast friendly service You guys are wonderful. ”
